When it comes to developing the ideal compound, we have a comprehensive array of versatile mixtures that we can rely on, and if we can’t quite find the right one, out specialists are constantly working on new, innovative formulations in sometimes complex series of tests. Development is always carried out in close cooperation with raw materials suppliers and compounders.

Our special material formulations are always based on customer specifications and the requirements of each individual item.


We work with all common standard elastomers including NBR, CR, VMQ and EPDM as well as special and high-performance elastomers such as FKM, FVMQ, ECO, HNBR, ACM and IIR. Further information on the properties of materials can be found on the Elastomers data sheet.

The compounds are composed according to proprietary and third-party formulations. We have received approvals from DBL, BMW, VW, etc. and in accordance with KTW, DVGW (the German association for gas and water) and the Food Act.


High-quality precision items such as rubber moulded parts and composites with rubber bonded to plastic and metal demand the perfect interplay of man and technology, so the competence and expertise of our team is complemented by precision tools, reliable machinery and ambitious process technology.

The vulcanisation process used is determined by the requirements profile of the shape or composite:

  • Compression moulding
  • Transfer moulding
  • Injection moulding
  • Injection/compression
  • Injection/transfer moulding

Depending on the item, combinations of these technologies may also be used.

You can rely on us to use every technological option to preserve resources and reduce waste through cold runner systems.

In addition, we are also able to employ different applications (such as plasma processes) to optimise parts.
