Rubberised stainless steel rings

Rubberised stainless steel rings

We meet the challenge of forming a chemical connection of rubber and stainless steel while ensuring the rubber can still chemically connect to synthetic resin in the finishing process. Depending on your requirements, the mixture will allow conductibility or it will be non-conductive. This production also requires manufacturing a special surface.

Fluoro-silicone-plastics connections

Fluoro-silicone-plastics connections

These are chemical connections of fluoridated elastomers and plastics. They prevent tension that could lead to the dissolution of the connection between the substrate and the elastomer.
We focus on specialised design for the selection, composition and pre-treatment of the various components.

An additional advantage: the use of fluoro-silicone (FVMQ) materials saves us 30–50 percent in material compared to mechanical connections.
